Actually rings a whole different set of bells as this was filmed in the Church over the road from where I went to school and where we held the carol service. (http://www.croxleygreenallsaints.org/)
As a result it's more memories of some poor first year struggling through the story of Adam and Eve from the KJV, or our headmaster doing 'St John unfolding the mystery of the incarnation' like he's reading a shopping list!
Brilliant! All I knew about Croxley Green before this, apart from going by it on the train sometimes, is that its 1976 May Queen competition srars in Betjeman's Metroland film.
Don't suppose the vicar then was much like the lady vicar with the colorful jumpers, though...
Actually the 'Historic' Croxley Green Revels bit of Metroland always causes much amusement in our household.
As to the lady vicar with colourful jumpers, certainly not back then, but they have just recently appointed a woman as priest-in-charge so you never know how things might change. The interesting question is whether anyone will mention the sketch at the licensing service in a few weeks time!

Dear Richard,

+A
I thought this was training role play from an ordination course. Rings bells to the point of deafness.
