City banks have been struggling recently. As Presidential hopefuls lay aside their differences to try and avert disaster, archbishops probe the morality of meltdown. I do increasingly see Tony Blair as a bit of a tragic figure; a gifted short term people-politician. I wonder how things could have been without Iraq... His interventions in Bosnia and Sierra Leone would stand to his credit.
