Desperate (Pastors’) housewives?

After a sweet and most triumphant time with family and friends over Christmas, it’s easy to underestimate the pressures of the job on everyone else at home. I am aware of being insanely lucky in the person I married and the kids we got. I often think of a comment a good friend made years ago when we were discussing a job move — your family are the closest members of the body of Christ — if there is no good news in this to them, there will not be good news in this to anyone else.
